Ideally suited to an individual who is just starting out following a training programme. It has all the basic easy to follow information that a rider would need to follow for increased performance on the bike. This includes goal setting, training prescription, heart rate training zones, physiological testing and a review of training every 3 months. PRICE REDUCTION for PERFORMER Training Programme

The PERFORMER programme will take your training to the next level. It has some great additions and bridges the gap between the INTRA and ELITE programmes.
